Yoga is an ancient practice that brings together mind and body .it incorporates breathing exercises ,meditation and poses designed to encourage relaxation and reduce stress .
Yoga improves strength ,balance and flexibility .Slow movements and deep breathing increase blood flow and warm up muscles ,while holding a pose build strength .Yoga helps with back relief .also good as basic stretching for aesing pain and improving mobility in people with lower back pain.Yoga benefits heart health .
